High Point Academy Weather Station

The grant will provide a Davis automated weather station and communication equipment to provide atmospheric data that will be shared with the GLOBE Program and used with 8th grade students in their science class. The proposing teacher plans to have students share data with the rest of the school, ask questions based on these data and compare data with that from other GLOBE schools taking similar measurements.
