GLOBE Madagascar

Madagascar

Grant amount:

$1,300

In Madagascar, there are many students who participate in GLOBE activities. For this project, only 8 schools will be targeted. At ach school, 15 dynamic students will be selected  who will actively participate in the implementation of the environmental research project. As climate change is a global concern and malaria is one of the causes of the high number of deaths in our country, students will be invited to focus their research on these themes. Since we work as a GLOBE community, the use of GLOBE environmental data is one of the conditions to be respected.

Sharing and publishing research results is essential in the sense that we encourage other young people to take an interest in the good causes of environmental protection and the fight against climate change.
